JES Holdings | Employee Engagement Campaign
JES Holdings is a family of six companies with over 500 employees in property development, investment, construction and management. The purpose of this campaign was to improve recruitment and retention through an optimized sense of brand loyalty for employees. We wanted to create an end-to-end brand experience for candidates as they were recruited, hired and employed by JES Holdings.
WEBPAGES
The careers section of the website was our first priority. JES Holdings is a niche company, so having a home base for prospects was essential. Working with the Human Resources team, we reimagined not only the look and feel of the web design, but the navigation and content as well.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING
With a home base established on the JES Holdings’ website, we could start attracting prospects with digital ads. I designed an eye-catching carousel ad highlighting our benefits with icons and photos. Keywords were optimized in the design and copy to more effectively reach our target audience.

PRESENTATIONS
One of the greatest benefits to come from this initiative was the opportunity to be involved in the new employees orientation for JES Holdings. Again, we took a strategic approach to this project, not only updating the presentation design, but reinventing the content and structure of presentations. Through cohesive brand visuals and clearly communicated concepts, we were able to bring these ideas to life in a way that is consistent, engaging and productive.



INTRANET
Our corporate intranet was an ideal platform to further develop the internal brand. I led the development of the intranet, managed content creation and trained users and stakeholders to best utilize the platform. As part of the content, we equipped employees with access to company information, Human Resources tools, a support center, blog posts, events and a company directory.


SOCIAL Media
With six operating companies under the JES Holdings brand, social media became an important way to keep employees connected. We used the platform to feature accomplishments, holidays, special programs and philanthropy and engagement events.
