Affordable Equity Partners relied on this marketing strategy to increase lead generation and optimize brand positioning. As these investments were within the complex low-income housing industry, compelling storytelling and creative visuals are the core of this communication strategy. Through integrated campaigns, development teams were able secure annual investments of over $60,000,000.

WHITE PAPERS

The low-income housing industry is complex, and the story of its impact goes beyond numbers. As an introduction to new investors and partners, I created a guide to affordable housing that helps to lay the ground work for the investor relations team to make a more compelling pitch.

PROPOSALS

Working closely with the investor relations team, I developed presentations, proposals and one-pagers that can include maps, infographics, flow charts, property profiles, summaries or copy. I provided strategic guidance on available resources and helped determine how they be most effectively used to attract, inform and convert prospects.

REPORTS

From photography to copywriting, design and production, I oversaw the Affordable Equity Partners’ annual investor report. I collaborated with the investor relations team to compile compelling statistics and stories across the business, which became the cornerstone for sale collateral throughout the year.

TRADESHOW EXHIBITS

For this annual event, I created a display featuring products of our customers in attendance. I attended the tradeshow (see photos from past years below) to help support the exhibit, I was able to connect with partners and draw attention to the success of their projects with us. For the general audience at the tradeshow, we coordinated promotional items to help establish brand recognition to those who many not be familiar with AEP.
