Fairway Management

COMMUNITY LEASE-UP CAMPAIGN

With a portfolio of over 200 apartment communities across the country, Fairway Management needed a scalable, lead generation campaign.

Improvements to strategy initiatives, including branding, website design, advertising and print collateral, helped drive optimizations that increased prospect waitlists by over 75%. Digital marketing efforts exceeded industry averages with a Facebook CTR of 2.37% (compared to 0.99%) and a Google AdWords CTR of 5.14% (compared to 2.03%).

Dogtown United

FESTIVAL ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

Dogtown United is a neighborhood organization committed to cultivating an annual cultural festival and parade with over 50,000 attendees. The communication strategy for the event included content creation, website and social media management, influencer marketing, mailers and presentations.

As a result of outreach in 2023, followers increased by 10.3% on Facebook and 66.5% on Instagram, with a 131% increase in website visits. Event revenue increased by 32% from 2022 to 2023.

Affordable Equity Partners

INVESTOR RELATIONS CAMPAIGN

Affordable Equity Partners relied on this marketing strategy to increase lead generation and optimize brand positioning. As these investments are within the complex low-income housing industry, compelling storytelling and creative visuals are the core of this communication strategy.

Through integrated campaigns including email marketing, conference and tradeshow exhibits, print collateral and presentations, development teams were able secure annual investments of over $60,000,000.

EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

Smith + Howard is an accounting and advisory firm committed to providing exceptional service to clients by recruiting exceptional employees. Career fairs are an effective marketing strategy for this industry, so this campaign was focused on creating a recognizable brand with initiatives that attract and inform potential candidates.

Initiatives for this campaign include banners, brochures and print advertising that are displayed and distributed prior to and during the career fair event.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

JES Holdings is a family of six companies with over 500 employees in property development, investment, construction and management. The purpose of this campaign was to improve recruitment and retention through an optimized sense of brand loyalty.

 

We wanted to create an end-to-end brand experience for candidates as they were recruited, hired and employed by JES Holdings with a campaign including website design, digital advertising, presentations, social posts and intranet development.
